Shipping Regions

  • We ship worldwide to locations where shipping services are available. 

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 2-8 business days.

  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.

  • Estimated delivery times vary based on destination

  • For orders within North America, shipping typically takes 3-5 business days after dispatch.

  • Expedited shipping options are not available at this time.

Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Depending on the region some shipping rates may be calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes imposed by their country.

Carriers & Tracking

  • We ship using USPS.

  • Tracking numbers are provided via email once your order has shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

  • Once your order has been shipped, it’s in the hands of the courier. While we always pack and send everything with care, we’re not able to take responsibility for delays, loss, or damage that may occur in transit.

  • If your package is marked as “delivered” but you did not receive it, contact the carrier first before reaching out to us at nirshelves@gmail.com

Returned to Sender Packages

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will attempt to contact you for corrections.

  • If reshipping is not possible, a refund will be issued for the item only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 48 hours of placement.

  • After 48 hours, changes may not be possible if the order is already being processed or shipped.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email nirshelves@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. we will provide return instructions & Shipping Label.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and that these costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at nirshelves@gmail.com

  • Please provide photos of the damaged item and your order number.

  • We will assess the situation and proceed accordingly.
